We can help produce ultrapure water (UPW) required for silicon crystal growth, wafer slicing, and chemical cleaning, while providing safe and compliant storage infrastructure for process acids and solvents.
Process gases from etch, deposition & cleaning steps are hazardous, corrosive & tightly regulated. We capture, scrub & destroy them before they reach the stack.
